Thanks. This is more relevant to Malaysian lifestyle as most of us reside in a terrace intermediate (and Condo) , not bungalows, semi dees or corners.

The owner-architect has a number of original ideas and executed them all well. Bravo to her. I liked that there are 2 areas in the house where sunlight can beam in in addition to the front and back. And the rooftop for the husband to take photos, hobbies, is just amazing.

Wow! Just wow! I like the natural lighting in almost every nook of the house; I like the detached C-channel to cover the possible stains in the flat roof; I like when it is lighted at night; I like the perforated stairs to let the air pass through; I like the two courtyards and the wet kitchen facing the alfresco. Indeed a magnificent transformation. Thank you Design Seed for featuring such wonderful architecture, kudos also to Khor Jee Ee!

I love your points at the end of the video. While not everyone realise we all need good ventilation and natural lighting, they are fundamental, I am not sure how much the design of terrace houses has evolved so that even terrace houses can have good ventilation and natural lighting, with design that makes sense.

Yo I like this. It also give Dogen's custom house vibe which, obviously, I like it. Also, the problem with terrace house is most of em lack natural light and some has poor ventilation. The newer design is better but the old one is...oh lord. It feel stuffy, especially if one don't put ac. This aunty is a successful architect fs. Not only she make her house look fancy but also upgrade the ventilation, natural light and greenery. Good job👍🏻

Alex! I am so inspired. Out of the Terrace Houses, this may be the best fit for me. Can you also consider content about fire escapes or security in terrace houses?
