I love chili pan mee and its not easy for me to find a halal one so I decided to make one myself and followed your recipe. It turned out quite well ! Except the noodle I remake it 4 times to get a satisfying one 🤣

Never heard of Pan Mee, but if includes anchovies, then I am all in! Fried garlic? Oh yes please. I happen to have both dried shrimp and small flake Korean chili in my cupboard right now. Oyster sauce in the fridge always. If we are out, we are in trouble :) Beautiful recipe~ I am going to make it for my wife.

had pan mee in KL, Malaysia years ago. Still cannot forget the taste! This thing is different from your regular noodles. Pro tip: Never attempt to challenge a Malaysian when it comes to eating spicy hot food. You're gonna lose :D
