I smudge with sage purging any negativity and then filling with blessing in new homes. I seal with sea salt ❤️ I also ‘never use an old broom’ in a new home. I first enter a home with a bag of rice to put in pantry, , and money in my pocket so no one will ever go hungry or bankrupt. These are just a couple of things passed down for generations of ours!

Thank you so much for this video. This is the second one I've watched (of Mallory Rose channel) and both have lit my fire! I grew up in the Pacific NW and in grade school we were taught many of the legends and ways of the local Native America tribes. Much of the PNW is named in Native language (Ohanipicosh being one of my personal favorites :) ). I'm a Christian, and I think/feel that many Christians are over-wary of using Native spiritual practices and ways of walking into their lives. I believe that Jesus, my Lord would have me embrace this gift as part of His marvelous creation, and I share the sensitivity. No one wants to be an apostate; we just want to honor God and live a good life. Smudging was recommended by my Naturopathic MD, Dr. Casey Carr, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. I'd never heard of it, or had forgotten, and I feel really blessed to have (re)discovered it, with your help. Thank you, Mallory Rose. I'm off to buy my first smudge kit.

My usual MO is to tell all negative energies are NOT welcome in our home or around our family. To leave through the one open window now and to move on. That our home and family are protected. That only love and light and helpful energies are welcome. We also use a song bowl on a daily basis. I am the only one in the family that dose these as the kids are a bit young and my husband is a very negative person.

I am aslo a beginner and have wanted to smudge my home for 20 yrs. I have four kids wth my husband and I've always felt a heaviness here. As my children have gotten older more and more anxiety and depression have affected them all including myself. My youngest son is 17 and has struggled his entire life with ADHD, impulsive disorder and recently we believe we finally found out he isn't Bipolar but BPD. Which makes more sense and why we have continued to research and become educated. He struggles with anger and rage with overwhelming feelings of dread and negativity. A lot has happened in our family over 20 yrs that I believe the residual negativity is trapped and affecting us all. Its so tense you could cut it with a knife. And don't get me wrong we are there for each other, suppotive and do have laughs. But it feels like we can't as a family ever all just be happy so to speak. Thank you for posting these videos because I want have the best outcome I can so doing it right is so comforting. I look forward to watching more of them.

Ty so much , this video has definitely enlightened me. Today i smudge and focus on being respectful to the negative spirit my son in law has brought to my home the last 4 years , i will be in their bedroom they lived in , i will smudge for my daughter that she finds her strength and wisdom against the evil she left with. I will pour my heart and soul into this as with every passing week she is gone my heart i breaking. I will open every cupboard he opened, every door he touched. His evil has no place in my home anymor so i will pray for the evil spirit to leave and that the love i have for myself and the other family members is so strong that its time for it to go. I have faith that the higher power i believe in will hear me as my love of myself and 5 grown kids and 3 grands is stronger in my soul that the evil that has come.

I have smudged my home a few times. I feel better after smudging. I have never thought about smudging myself nor my feather before watching your video. I like to smudge my home before I have guest come. I want my home to feel warm and welcoming. I really want people to feel that they are loved, cared about, and safe. I have used just sage so far. I haven't felt this broken, depressed, lonely, guilty, devasted, or angry in all my 34 years on this miserable earth. But I'm almost relieved for him since I know he's been in pain for a while. I just want to know if this is something I can smudge for. I'm Algonquin Ojibwe and not once have I smudged my house but not once have I ever felt like this. I'm heartbroken.

Been being haunted for about more than half a decade by a random ass demon who I do not know. It just knows I'm a medium and it has attached itself to me and currently haunts me. I smuged our apartment when we had a stuck spirit. She wasn't happy and moved the tooth brushes in the bathroom I had to reenact it!band got the same sound We got some help from mediums to help move her on. Energy is much better and I use sage alot now 😍🙏

Bless this space w gods light and love. This space will nurture, protect all those who enter. Selenite over each doorway. Some days burn palo santo, other days blue sage. Then open windows, doors and put out whatever is burning closing the scared space. Some times i put out the PS by smudging in in the sink then washing hands, sink w water or burying PS in ground when done.
