Whenever I see a line for food, I queue up first and ask questions later 😂 Previously living in NYC got me used to queuing up for good food (ramen, poke bowls, desserts, dim sum). Even woke up at 5 am to be in line at 6 am for Dominique Ansel’s famous cronut when it first came out. The shop only opened at 8 am!

I like the taste.. you have a mixture of the mama tomyam plus the sourness of the lime. Ingredients are fresh as well. The evaporated milk adds to the creamy flavour too. Can't believe they can turn an instant noodle into a local favourite. Just the queau can be long 🙏🏻. Nice coverage Sara 👍🏻

Sara, omg, instant noodles never looked so yummy. For me it brings back bad memories as struggling students in Melbourne resorting to late night supper of instant noodles with the horrible satchets of seasonings that can put hair on your chest, so salty and full of msg. This is where msg got its bad name. But glad you and mama loves it. I let you both consume all the instant noodles they ever manufactured and I will stick to the fresh hokkien noodles and kway teow from the Chinese groceries shops here in Melbourne.

We are lucky that living in Malaysia means those tai chow is our staple (just made kwong fu chow for lunch) and instant noodle is a treat :)
