Just made this chicken and may I say it kept on disappearing before the plate made it to the table. Again the family loved it! Including my toddler! The condense milk definitely add sweetness but with the mixture of garlic and coriander roots this fried chicken is the bomb!!

I have a friend whois living in Thailand for quite sometime now and I asked him about satay, and if there's a secret ingredient in it. He told me what are the spices and then he mentioned condense milk. I was so pissed that time thinking that he was just fooling me but he was so damn serious. I tried the recipe and behold!!!!!!!! A guest of mine who just arrived from Thailand and ate the satay and she said --- It tastes the same as the one they sell in Bangkok. Weird ingredient but it totally works. Gotta make the fried chicken
