If he tried to hit those cops, he would have hit them. Those officers did nothing to try and evade. Similar to when you watch the actual dashcam videos of police intentionally ramming the suspect's vehicle and the discrepancy in their police report stating the suspect rammed them. The suspect did intentionally drive into the initial unmarked before turning away but the two marked police vehicles were in the middle of the road, the second police car actually pulled into the suspect. in all three cases, the suspect went around them at relatively low rate of speed, nowhere near enough to cause serious bodily injury or death like the police report stated. Before anyone comes at me asking why I am defending a criminal, let me ask why are you defending falsified police reports? This isn't the most egregious, but there are videos out there where cops put themselves right in front of the fleeing vehicle just so they can justify shooting at it and adding aggravated assault on a LEO, the same LEO that put himself into that danger in the first place, which wouldn't hold up in any court of law. And remember, most cops don't discern a criminal from a law-abiding citizen, they just follow whatever precedent they are given, and if the last few years are anything to go by, many of you, your families, and friends are going to be having many of these kind of interactions in the future. Not because you are a criminal necessarily, but because of the politicized nature of police departments. All that has to happen to make you a criminal in the eyes of the state is for some legislature to discretely sign a single document that turns you into one, and then these same police will be making falsified reports about you too.
