Now watching this video it's hurts that this young man doesn't have no one , thank God that his foster mother took him in again . Wish him the best and hope and pray 🙏 that he loses the weight and reaches his goal in weight ..
@johnyracercat Жыл бұрын
That's more than what most biological parents do.
@gohawks3571 Жыл бұрын
The issue is the volume. The unfortunate, horrible reality of foster is they get bounced around a lot☹️☹️☹️ The main goal seems to be to reunite kids with their biological family, and if that can't happen, it's an inbetween place to be adopted. It really sucks for the kids, and they don't have much protection aside from being removed from the original situation. A lot of foster parents, from what I understand, at least a while ago, do it for the money (obviously not all, there are many caring ones too). Which is kinda dumb. But they take in a ton of kids so they can get a decent amount of money in, then everything is spread real thin. But even for the caring people, they often are overloaded because there's a way higher need than available foster parents☹️☹️☹️ Add in legal stuff, and you have a disaster for the poor kids, even with the most caring parents. It's kinda hard to open your home to 50 grown up kids.

I have a step cousin who’s Mom was 13, and My Mom was 17 when my older brother was born. It’s very hard to raise children when you’re so young yourself. 😔 We grew up with generational trauma and poverty. My older brother was taken away from my mom to live with his Dad when he was 7. My paternal grandmother probably played a role in that. 😥 Then my parents separated and it was anything but peaceful. I honestly don’t know many specifics about my childhood, because both my parents tell very different stories. Please, if you’re in a situation like mine was, don’t give up. You deserve to find happiness in life. ❤️🌈

I’m sorry but no matter what he made the decisions as an adult to keep eating even after being 300-400 lbs & drs giving him pain medications is crazy!! One his heart is already way beyond stressed so pain medication is really dangerous & I have a few illnesses that cause severe pain but drs won’t give me any pain medication!!! His foster mom is great for loving him so much but she has been enabling him & not helping save his life!!!

They only give it to you when you don’t need/want it-even before the opioid epidemic it was this way.

There is no such thing. He can live on just electrolytes and burn all that if he doesnt eat even months… So yes less portions but also healthy non processed food is a must

1200 calories a day and no carbs? as the first step from someone who is probably used to eating over 6,000 calories a day? that doesn't sound like a smart plan with such a sudden change right off the bat... patients need to be allowed to adjust and gradually shift into sustainable healthy eating patterns...
@kathleenmoscillo8552 Жыл бұрын
I can never understand how someone can go from eating 6,000 calories a day to 1,200 calories in one day!

It’s death or 1200 calories. You should not let yourself get that fat in the first place. 1200 is exactly what’s necessary. Do it or die.
@markleyp03 Жыл бұрын
1200 calories is not sustainable. The point is that the risk of them staying at this weight so greatly outweighs any risks associated with ANT diet. The only healthy thing they can do is lose weight before their hearts give out

I think it’s because being that heavy you’re already in a fragile state and they just want to get them out of that as fast as possible

any delay in them losing weight when they are at this size can have massive health implications. they don't have years to wait
