This work you're doing is really helpful in that it addresses the deeper social issues and really brings to light the pain of having a hierarchical system with all of it's oppression. Oh, please let everyone wake up to the fact that we can change this simply by addressing it with one another in any context. Immature people developed this system, and the people who are more mature really want this to change. I never realized how disregulating I could be to others simply by stating my brutally traumatic history. I don't feel anything. Other people do, though. It's very enlightening. Thank you for your work ❤

Thankfully over time I gained the confidence to address this head on. And the first therapist I addressed the elephant in the room with, reacted very well, answered my questions and was happy I brought it up. Now I’m more sure of myself when I need to address it in therapy.
