Mandarin Orange Salad

Mandarin Orange Salad recipe#recipe
Ingredients:
1. 1 11oz can of Mandarin Oranges drained
2. 1 20 oz can of Crushed Pineapple drained
3. 24oz Tub of Cottage Cheese
4. 1 3oz package of Orange Jello
5. Cool Whip
Mix Cottage cheese and Jello. Blend well. Fold in drained pineapple and drained mandarin oranges. Add cool whip. Blending well. Cool in refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving...overnight is even better.

Looks good. 1 question: Do you taste the cottage cheese? Hubby doesn't like cottage cheese, but since it's good for you, I would like to sneak it into him, and this looks like a good way.

I think the pineapple over flavor the cottage cheese. I am not overly fond of cottage cheese but this was good to me. Try it. Think you will enjoy. thanks for watching and commenting.
