I've always liked this routine... but lately even more! It has been amazing for helping me recover from low back pain after my back went out. I waited until I was 80-90% better, and this routine is helping me stretch out the last bit of pain and disfunction.

Loved the wall figure 4 variation. I have bilateral Hip dysplasia and that mad that stretch more effective and possible

I do really appreciate you exercise . There really helping my hip even though it’s popping I still do your yoga exercises everyday .because I know how there healthier for just like a diet.I went from keto For 5 years to plant based.. o look forward to your exercises everyday on KZbin. I've been a man flow yoga follower since covid. I suffered a groin strain, which led to a hip problem, x-rays showed in suffered from shallow hip syndrome. I had a hipreplacement 6 weeks ago with remarkable recovery thanks to 10 years of pilatis and 3 years of yoga. Now I want to know if you can offer class for your hip replacement followers.

hi Dean added this 7 day challenge too my daily routine, I have just finished as of today week 5 #21 ,a bit behind but nursing a bad injury to the underside of my rotator, the upper back and shoulders week 5 #21 today was great timing worked it as far as injury let me, getting back to 7 day, it seems to work for me after the SFC day work out to be a nice restorative 15 minutes

This was a great routine. I don't have a ton of issues with my back or sciatica, but I do sit a lot; I feel this will help with sitting issues and I want to avoid them as much as possible.

Sitting can do a lot of harm, so doing this regularly will definitely help Colby. Be sure to look for more posture fixing workouts in our channel.

Thanks Dean, these sessions are so encouraging. A couple of moves I'm not sure how to "squeeze hips" and "squeeze upper back muscles". Is it, for example, when leaning into the wall and creating an L shape you let the weight stretch the back muscles? But again, you have got me doing some work here. So exhilarating .

Just finished Day 2. Did Day 1 slowly and concentrated on breathing and checking everything is in place; hips chest toes abs etc hard trying to keep all going at once. I'm sure it will come 2nd nature with practise, but I am loving the stretches, exercises and the guidance, how you can talk and do everything is amazing, sure I will get there one day, 😀 really enjoying it . Thanks 😊

Hi Dean. I had a disc herniation at L3/L4. Lot of pain in my back and right leg. Started doing this routine around Christmas time - the injury is much improved. Now off painkillers! Thank you. Nick

Good morning Dean, second day of the challenge, this video is excellent, as you can see all the muscles stretching, especially mine with little flexibility, I loved it, for sure, together with the video from yesterday, I will make my playlist so that after that end up continuing to practice to improve my conditioning and be able to follow in your other more complex videos. I feel better, it is amazing how it makes us feel good ... Thanks again!

Day 2. Two for two, but I was having motivational issues due to life stress. Funny how it's hard to motivate to do the thing that I precisely need. On the first triangle, my back popped more than any chiropractic adjustment ever. What a relief! (And it felt a lot safer than when a chiropractor does it.) I know all these poses from my previous yoga practice, but it's great to go into them slowly to let my body get used to this again. Thanks.

I am a 45 year old over weight man with arthritis of the spine which is trapping both my sciatica nerves, can be very painful at times. This class is awesome at opening up the hips and releasing pressure and some pain. Will be back to do more classes, I managed 2 classes today and actually love it, it's good for Mindy body and soul! Great job man 👊

No, not only yoga. We recommend combing yoga with other forms of exercise, like weightlifting.
