This yoga routine was great I'll definitely do it again. Tonight was my first time trying it and I'm glad that you've developed yoga routines geared towards dealing with anxiety and depression. I'll be looking for some more as well.

Have to say, really liked this class. If you only have a short period of time and your hips, hamstrings, sacrum and lower back region are tight, it’s perfect. Also good basics review. Hard to find yoga for back and hips consistently so very grateful to have found this one.

Woke up with hangover anxiety plus gassy/acid flux and it was hard to breath..I looked up yoga for man and this pop up .. I tryd it and I feel better ...sweating a bit helped also the sketches helped with too much gas

I've been following your videos for a couple months, and getting into some consistent yoga has definitely been showing some benefits to my general energy and comfort and maybe even making me a little stronger. I like this video too. You're very informative. Question: can I do this in bed? I have a firm mattress. I'm ask this question out of sincerity because I live in a tiny apartment with no floor space except the kitchen. Thanks for posting this video. I agree that it's important to establish a routine.

Hello, I recently found your channel and I really like that you take care to explain things. My question, however, is do I need to warm-up before such a session or I can do it straight out of bed? Also, do you breathe through the diaphragm or through the chest?
