I’m not sure if I’ve commented on this one before, but it’s fantastic! I’m feeling so slow and weak recently, and so I’ve been doing the 7 day challenge series which is perfect for getting me going again. This one particularly didn’t exhaust me, but made me feel like I’d worked out! Thanks very much.

Outstanding. I'm 56 and not so flexible... My wife likes Tara Stiles and the woman's a rubber band, literally can't do 90% of the poses. Dean's beginner workouts are perfect for me, and his detailed explanations are incredibly helpful. By tensing during stretches I feel like I get that much more out of them. Thanks, Dean. Glad I found you.

I am enjoying these workouts however very challenging with a frozen left shoulder, I am finding that I have to adapt some workouts

Nice work out thanks, the side plank was hard since my right elbow does not have a lock position, due to an old injurie, that has always been a problem for me no full range of motion

Hi Dean. Firstly, thank you! Great work out for a beginner. Secondly, I struggle with bending my toes under when attempting planks, lunges, and even push ups. Laying my foot flat causes cramps. Are there some conditioning moves that can help me get my feet more accustomed to these poses?

Dean, I'm doing your 7 day challenge. I'm a singer. Is it ok to inhale through the nose and then exhale through my mouth? I find particularly difficult to exhale through my nose after teaching in a mask for 10 hours? How long does it take for the cramping in the feet to subside?

You should breathe in through and out of nose. Keep trying. The cramping goes away with consistency, but it will likely take a couple months or more.
