500 gms mince meat
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion
1 tomato
3-4 green chillies
Coriander leaves
1 egg
Salt as per taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp sauf/ aniseeds
1/2 peppercorns
1 tsp coriander seeds powder
1 tsp chilly flakes
1 tsp chilly powder
3 tbsp roasted chana dal powder
Oil for frying
