വളരെ ചെറുപ്പം മുതലുള്ള വായന,ഏത് വിഷയമാണ് അറിയാത്ത ത്, എന്തിനെക്കുറിച്ചുമുള്ള ജ്ഞാനം,തിരിച്ചറിവ്, അതെല്ലാം ചേർത്ത് വയ്ക്കുമ്പോൾ തെറ്റും ശരിയും തിരിച്ചറിയുവാനുള്ള കഴിവ് അതല്ലേ ഏതിനെകുറിച്ചും ആധികാരികമായി സംസാരിയ്ക്കുവാനുള്ള കഴിവ് അതിലൂടെ തെറ്റ് തിരുത്തപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ അത് നിഷേധമായി കേൾവിക്കാരന് അനുഭവപ്പെടുന്നു. ഈ ജ്ഞാനമാണ് വിനയാകുന്നത്. ഒന്നരവർഷം മുൻപ് ഞാൻ നേരിൽ കണ്ട് വളരെ അധികം സമയം അടുത്തിരുന്ന് husbഒപ്പംസംസാരിച്ച സാറിൻറ ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്ന് ഇഷ്ടപ്പ്ടാത്ത ഒരു വാക്ക് പോലും ഉണ്ടായില്ല.വളരെ നന്നായി പെരുമാറി. ഗാനങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ചും മറ്റും ഏറെക്കാലം ആഗ്രഹിച്ചൊരു സന്ദർഭം.വേദികളിൽ എല്ലായിടത്തും കണ്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് പക്ഷേ അടുത്ത് കിട്ടിയത് ആദ്യം. ഇരുപത്തിനാലാം വയസ്സിൽ എഴുതിയ "എന്തിനെന്നെ വിളിച്ചു നീ വീണ്ടും.." എൻറ സ്വപ്നസുഗന്ധമേ".. "ശാഖാ നഗരത്തിൻ ശശികാന്തം.". പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട ഗാനം പാടി ഓർമ്മയിൽ കൂട്ടിയപ്പോൾ (കാലങ്ങളായി ചേർത്തുവച്ച ഗാനം) കരഞ്ഞുപോയി. ഞാൻ കണ്ട എല്ലാ കലാകാരന്മാരും ദേഷ്യമുള്ളവരാണ് ഒരാളൊഴികെ. അർജ്ജുനൻ മാഷ്. അപ്പോൾ പ്രത്യേകകാരണമൊന്നുമില്ല. ആരും ബോധപൂർവ്വമല്ല.വന്നുചേരുന്നതാണ്. അറിയും തോറും നടപ്പിൽ വരുത്താൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നതോ..എന്തായാലും... ഈ ദേഷ്യക്കാരനും അദ്ദേഹത്തിന്റെ പ്രണയവും അതിലുരിത്തിരിഞ്ഞ ഗാനങ്ങളും എന്നും ഇഷ്ടമാണ്... സന്യാസവും മന്ത്രവും ഒന്നും വേണ്ട. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ആ പഴയ തമ്പിയെ മതി.

Thambi sir you are correct. Whither now or later everyone will die and that will hurt our loved once. It is a fact and we can't change it. Since we stayed longer in a sick bed being a burden for others for an year or two doesn't mean that we will not die. I am 100% with you.
