Roshen very good trainer u . but u should Come with all workouts . include in one episode all workout of one body part . and come with all body part workouts . one episode should deal with all workout of one body part. not bor beginers . normal workouts .

M.C. Thomaskutty : Supplements are not mandatory in Fitness. If you are not getting enough nutrients from your food- in that case you can go for supplements.

Roshan: How come your physique doesn't have much muscle? Seems like a very ordinary person. Don't eat too much choor, moor & beef, not good.

M.C. Thomaskutty , i am in a regular normal diet. Right now I am not doing any body building. I am into plyometrics. So only light cardio and strength training.
