This is definitely a massive house.. the echo wueeh 🤣🤣🤣. The finishing is on point though. Quick question, having a TV wall on top of the fireplace, how good is that for your electronics? I know stone is a poor conductor of heat but it does get hot either way especially just close to the fire. And my traditionalism has stuck in ensuring I need to have electronics in the living room besides the family room and theatre spaces (heheh just preferences though). My preference would be a focal point that's away from the fireplace but all in all, that's a fantastic house.

Hata pop filter ilipunguza echo, it was too much bana. About the fire place, since its wall claded it’s even safer. And then, chances are you won’t be using that fire place daily. But even if you used it, it wouldn’t affect it.

I have a barber shop called GLAMA and a Nail Spa called NAILISH in Kasarani (karibuni sana) so I know the place very well na sioni nikiwai shoot kitu yeyote huko 😂 labda tu my businesses. Na sina ubaya 😂

@@our10picks18 We also do affordable housing too, in places like Ruiru, Juja, Kitengela and so on. The problem of Kasarani is that most houses are old and ugly, kikuyu gothic 😅 not presentable. But if we ever come across a gem there, we will definitely show case it.

Wow!!! .... This house is massive!!! ..... To say the house is 180m .... that's cheap ..... I believe it can be at the 250m range easy .... Loresho even from 1980s it has been upscale area to live in til now. I mean to get an acre there its like from 100m ...... great review ... awesome

The location is great. If you know Loresho you know. Kangemi on the other side. Doesn’t charge that this is Loresho. It’s like being in Muthaiga and on the opposite side of the stream is Seven seas Slum. A slum that most people don’t know unless you know Muthaiga really well. Ama Githogoro in Runda.

I'd make the laundry room a dirty kitchen and make the space with the water heating system my laundry space. The house is too big to have one kitchen.

It would be very difficult to convince the owner to do that for reasons that I cannot disclose here, but as they always say, put your cards on the table and see how it plays out.
