That is the musical genre of the early Elvis era. Thousands of boy-bands of every race, creed, and color cut a recording at the pop-up recording studios. Elvis gave millions of wannabes hope for stardom! Remember: He was a nobody ( with real talent) from Mississippi. If you carefully research old Golden Oldies love ballads from the 1950’s; I feel pretty confident that you will find a reasonable facsimile of this very song that the company plagiarized; at least partly. There were THOUSANDS of crooning love songs from late 1940’s to early 60’s. All had a familiar pattern, melody, rhythm and all the lyrics were the same. With dedication, you will find it.

There’s a unique, and eccentric, old, vintage record store - still manned by the original proprietor - that can legitimately claim to have every record EVER made. I think the store is in Philadelphia…?. Not 100% on that. It’s back East somewhere. This proprietor is like the Rain-Man of vinyl. I read about him recently… he’s kinda famous because his little record store has been around for so long. Anyway. This guy would have the original song if it exists. And I believe it does exist - in obscurity - from the Golden 50’s era. Someone IS going to find the original tune.
