Anyone who understands what's going on here has the utmost admiration for these workers who are fabricating extremely difficult pieces of machinery using the bare necessities and working in outrageously dangerous environment with no safety gear and open toed shoes, no gloves, no safety shields or glasses and noxious fumes all around in extreme heat~!! You have to see them working this way to believe it. I only hope they don't get hurt or maimed in their efforts. Bless all of them~!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I worked for 35 years in a mechanical metal industry in Italy and I visited dozens of more or less difficult work situations around the world, but never a working condition like this. My moved admiration goes out to all those seen in the video ... but also the wish to soon achieve better working and living conditions that you surely deserve

This is why OSHA exists. The number of people maimed, burned, injured, crushed and / or killed doing these things is staggering. I appreciate the abject poverty that drives this industrialization as it is a reminder of how developed nations have progressed past this over the last hundred years. I also appreciate the tenacity and ingenuity of these workers, despite the horrible working and living conditions they endure.

It is not an exaggeration if I say that the Pakistanis are the smartest people in the world. It is not a coincidence that they created the atomic bomb and have the strongest intelligence in the world. British colonialism imported industrial machines for them, and they completed the path with their effort and sacrifices. They are strong and patient in the difficult working conditions. My greetings and appreciation to the Pakistani people.

Amazing craftsmanship from raw materials to finished rollers. These rollers look like they belong in a BUHLER ROLLERMILL to re-grind pasta The RollerMill used 2 parallel rolls rotating into each other and separated by +/- 70 microns. The rollermill had two chambers so it used 4 rollers total. The manufacture of Pasta always had product that was blems, Peel out, trim, etc that could be re-ground and added back to pasta flour by a small percentage. Pasta mfg. runs closed loop through hundreds of different stages. Staged before the rollermill were airlocks, holding tanks, sifters, hammer mill, airlocks, silos, lots of pipe under pressure. But this video shows the creative skills of people in a far away country that was making parts for the machines I maintained R&R.

Workers are not properly clothed and they have no proper shoes. THEY APPEAR USING SANDALS AND PLATIC SHOES IN A MOLTEN METAL ENVIROMENT. They are also not using safety gloves or spectacles etc. You need to make certain changes in this regard. The lack of safety equipment is appalling. My father was the administrator for a construction company building roads and bridges in the mountains of South America in the 1970s and 1980s. I remember all the workers wore boots, helmets, gloves, goggles and raincoats. Many were seasonal workers doing construction while they were not working their farms. They often kept some of the protective gear and took it back to their farms
