I got a furnished one bedroom place right in town for 17k why pay that much for outside of town? Too expensive for a condo to me. Always look where you WANT to live and just make phone calls. You'll find something better.

Good video Michael. The apartments there were very nice. Next time try Kayong Inn. It is a short walk to downtown and the boulevard. I had no issues with the internet there and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I have been here a year and been in Robinson Mall a lot but didn't have girls chasing me down so don't believe everything you hear LOL.

Your wrong. They work with a very strong neodymium mag and there are different shapes . I have 3 different cards from previous hotels and each is different.

Diagnostics are great in Dumaguete, but I wouldn't want surgery there. My wife works at a huge hospital in the USA and the Cath Lab surgeons do operation after operation all day like a factory. In Dumaguete (If they added the cath lab they were supposed to at Silliman) Only a few people can afford operations, so the surgeons have less experience.

Manila has lots of options so I'm guessing competition caused builders to make nicer places to compete? I have seen condos in Manila really small too though. Reminds me of Toronto where a tiny condo was a fortune, I leased a studio condo for $2500 a month pre pandemic and the same condo is now $4000 a month!

That house was a wreck. I don't say this to be sound pretentious, but seriously... It isn't hard to keep you house somewhat clean. I would bave been obsolutely embarrased to have someone come into my house looking like that. Even when I was young and single, I kept my place in decent or clean condition if I had company over or if I brought a lady home from the club/bar. If I don't own the place, like that guy, I feel I need to keep it somewhat clean so the owners know I am taking care of their property, just because it shows respect and appreciation for their kindness to rent their house to me. The first guy's place was a wreck. The second guy's place in good shape and presentable.

Remember it won't work every single place with it but most. Also you will eventually learn the different types. There is a very strong flat magnet embedded that are different shapes and polar directions.

Eh... Just go to pattaya, Thailand.... $300 gets you 1 bedroom, AC, easy access to lots of stuff..good internet and cell networks in thailand.. I Love PH and married a filipina but Thailand has way better prices if you just want a nice cheap place to live, PH has the islands and places to travel around too.... so its cheap, beachlife VS more expensive travel life...

You should get a paypal or something, I just tried to send you a $20 super thanks but google asked me for copies of my Id and mail in order to verify me, that is a no go. I already hesitated to pay the 30% they want to take off the top but was going to do it anyway. I enjoy your content and would be willing to send a little now and then, but that 30-50% cut that google wants is a little much especially if they want more of my personal information. Thanks.

and just fyi, i have bought things from google before and have subscribed to youtube tv, they already have my information and never had an issue pulling money out of my account before. I have had this account for over 10 years and never had any issues with payments. Now they want my government issued ID and either a bank statement or utility bill to send you $20. Not going to happen.
