Marc Brackett wants us to connect more; he is an emotional scientist and thinks that emotional intelligence skills should be taught from an early age. With mental health issues rising exponentially, his work has never been more pressing. Brackett sat down with Michel Martin to discuss his new book, “Permission to Feel.”
