The technique that has been displayed is legit and has been battle tested on more than one occasion. The name of the technique is called Sankyo you may think you would be able to punch with the other hand, but if you were trying to attempted it you would break your own arm. I would like to know is when did you attack a woman from behind by pulling her hair to know that the technique would not work?…. folks like yourself keep confusing self-defense for fighting. The two completely separate things. However, with that being said, you’re more than welcome to come to my school for a free demonstration on the effectiveness of Sankyo
