Thank you Michael, as always you share what you've learned from some of the best in the traditional Afro-Cuban world and serve it up to us in a simple easy to understand manner. Not to mention the notation that are always present. There are many tutorials available but I always keep coming back to you for a professional presentation. Stay humble, there are many of us that can still appreciate that quality that makes a person unique.

Thank you very much, Ray. Thank you for your nice words! I couldn't do it in an other way. This is who I am and what I do. And I am glad to see that you are always coming back to my channel.

@@jacobnazarian1147 Hi Jacob, A happy New Year to you too! With drums they measure the on the inside of the rim, but I don't know if they do this with congas too. Most of the time a quinto is 11 inch, conga 11, 3/4 and a tumba 12, 1/2 (skin). Also the tuning, there are many possibillities. Here is a link where I explain how Anga (great Cuban conguero) tuned his congas. Perhaps you can use it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/eZbIpHqIjtyDatU I wish you good luck!
