Yes, Bratislava is located in Slovakia now, but at the time of Maria Theresa, it was the coronation site and legislative center and capital of the Kingdom of Hungary. It filled that role from 1536 to 1783. That's why she is crowned Queen of Hungary in Bratislava in the movie (as she was crowned there in real life).
