I have a feeling the voice of the Cops in the trailer is taken from Need For Speed Undercover, Even the TCBPD Helicopter is in the trailer. If you just take a look at the helicopter in Hot Pursuit and Undercover, They do look so similar.

I think this song would be cool if the engines revving was incorporated into the song, A lot of version that people say are from the game are really just the song sped up by 10% or so. Still pretty cool.
