Write down the recipe:

Next, fill the mackerel fillet with plenty of salt (preferably rock and without additives). Leave the fish to salt for a day in a cool place.
Then, after a day, we wash off the remaining salt from the fish with running cold water and dry the salted fillet with paper towels. Then we make the marinade!
Marinade: dilute 1.5 tablespoons of 70% acetic acid and three tablespoons of sugar in 1 liter of cold water, stir well and pour the fish with this solution and leave to marinate for 4.5-5 hours, after which we dry the fish on paper towels, remove the skin from it, cut into slices and serve, separately this fish is served with a mixture of finely chopped green onions and finely chopped garlic, also pickled ginger, and soy sauce,
