Famous speed runner by the name of William Howard Taft figured out that if the oreos were saturated in liquid then they’d be easier to swallow, he first tried water and while it was effective in its goal to saturate the Oreo…it made them taste awful so it was deemed unviable by the community.This didn’t stop Taft though, a week later while eating a bowl of Quaker Oats Taft realized if he used milk instead of water it would allow the Oreos to be swallowed fast and still taste good. I have mostly moved on from theorizing glitches and focus on making custom tracks now, a whole other side of the Mario Kart Wii community I highly recommend checking out. It is insane to think it has been over two years since the original ultra shortcut video (which inspired me to look into rMR in the first place), and how much has happened since then. I can't wait to see what else this community does next!
