I would love one of these rice cookers as Marion makes so many things in it plus it cuts your time down - I feel it would be great as risotto takes awhile to make on the top of your stove 😁❤️

what was the rice to liquid ratio in the rice cooker version?

Hi Brian, there are markings on the inside of the rice cooker pot that indicate the water level required based on the number of cups of rice you are cooking. Simply fill the pot to the corresponding mark. Simple, consistent results, with no need to measure.
