I struggle with “beef that sucks”, so this video is right up my alley! The Singapore Noodles also look amazing, and a great way to sneak some veg into my diet during a brutal Canadian winter season where nothing seems palatable.

I can't eat shrimp/prawns. So I'll skip those [might just leave them out of the Singapore Noodles and do double pork 😀 ]. But all of these look AAAAAMAZING!! My husband and I cook Asian food quite a lot, so I can't wait to try them.

Beef Chow (Ho) Fun is my top noodle dish followed by Phad see Ew. The wide rice Noodle dishes take some patience as I end up with clumps sometimes but so good when you get it right

Sweet potato noodle get it at Korean supermarket or International Asian Market. Check online. When you come to Singapore you can come grab some. Shelf-life: It last super long (years) than all other noodles.
