My absolute favourite part of this video (and others have mentioned it already) is the people at the front not reacting. They epitomise the problem that we’ve had with this government. Outstanding Mark, loved it.

How do they epitomise the problem we've had with this government? Maybe they disagree, maybe they agree with Mark but they've heard it said better, maybe it's their duty to be outwardly neutral. So much unwarranted judgement!

In a nut shell if you’re working in a decent job up until inflation kicked in you’ve never been better off. I’ve got silver hair, went to public school, built and run a company and employed people and retired, but, thanks to Johnson, I no longer love the country of my birth! This speech is one of the most powerful I’ve heard in decades and I agree with every single word of it! It says all you need to know about British politics and the “establishment” that allowed it to happen! As a footnote, I also blame Lindsey Hoyle for not reining in the untruths, delivered by Johnson, ad-nauseam, in parliament and, thereby, allowing parliament to descend into a total sham of what it should be (complete with baying, nodding dogs, packing the benches). Would Bercow have allowed this? When respect for government goes out of the window, respect for country follows close on its heels!!!

I think Boris Johnson is a vile, despicable, corrupt, lying, cheating, odious, narcissistic, entitled, selfish, manipulative atrocious creature who should never have been allowed to crawl out of the stinking, stagnant sewer that he came out of. A truly evil, evil excuse of a man. Every cell in his vile body is corrupt. And I’m a sixty year old, silver haired old git. Not all of my generation would be sitting in the front row shooting daggers at him - a lot of us would be helping to set up the gallows.

A virtual mental breakdown of someone who has fixated and formed weird connections in his mind and finally explodes as if we are talking about Wayne Couzens or Stalin rather than someone who ate some cake and told some porkies. It is so OTT I feel he needs some therapy after this. Every person I have known in my lifetime who had or went onto develop mental illness had left-wing tendencies. 100% TRUE! And look at all them rich/middle class luvvies laughing. Was the working classes who voted Johnson in as we didn't want to live with all these Romanians etc. Ruined our estate with violence beyond belief. @@m.j.nicholls Public speeches for to impress youngsters has no place amongst the educated. Look at the ones who are in agreeable mood, not the ones with life experience. Rather like the slagging off Rudyard Kypling got from students with high and mighty powers. Yet if they read Kipling and specifically mother lodge they would know that racism was not in him. He refers to looking forwards to being with his brethren black and brown, also to the wonders of world religion. But you go back and listen to the bigoted views of the man in question. Debate has reply, knocking someone for popularity has no place.

Of course he'll retire a satisfied man, he's taken billions of our money and lined the nests of his friends with it. He and his government should be in prison.

Boris’s Eaton Classics teacher’s school report….’ Boris really has adopted a disgracefully cavalier attitude to his classical studies. [He] sometimes seems affronted when criticised for what amounts to a gross failure of responsibility (and surprised at the same time that he was not appointed Captain of the school for the next half). "I think he honestly believes that it is churlish of us not to regard him as an exception, one who should be free of the network of obligation that binds everyone else."

Mark Thomas did some fantastic shows on Channel 4 around 1999 2000. Really eye opening stuff about the Great British rip off, especially about weapons production!

At last a Kent graduation ceremony that isn't just hours of tedium. Tory voting parents at the front obviously not amused.
