Grounded as a Minecraft-like suvirval game is have a high steep learning curve, when you start there are too many elements on the screen that it's overwhelming. So it's normal for newbies to waste their time collecting materials like crazy and not knowing how to interpret the HUD and the missions. They will get used to it and will be able to move forward at a normal pace.

Mark is genuinely just an enjoyable person. So many old KZbinrs humor and content ended up being too dated to keep up with modern times and aging fanbases (and so many turned out to just flat out be bad people), but Mark has a way of adapting to the times and keeping his stuff relevant while also not changing the fundamental parts of himself that made us love him in the first place. He’s so great, I’m always so happy to see his videos pop up

For the record, the roasting spit holds three pieces of meat each. The way points in the map are also still a little glitchy and will randomly disappear. I suggest using trail markers from the crafting menu if you want to make way points. They're a lot better with the fact that you can replace them and customize the icon and color.
