The hour of joy is a time where (probably the prototype) makes all the mascots (Huggy,mommy, catnap) Murder everyone in the mascots respective area (Huggy in the entrance zone, mommy in the playground, and catnap in the Orphanage) and after that the factory was abandoned. Poppy shows you this at the end of the game because that’s what happened, you wonder what happened and the hour of joy is what happened that caused everyone to disappear.
