You can find them even in afghanistan on a few videos here where people visit them. What you see in the two restaurants was normal french dining culture which all the fancy restaurants have copied all in the world for a century now. Mark, when Tony Bourdain passed I thought it was the end of seeing world cuisine the way he presented it. That same week, I discovered you and I have been a fan since. Tony brought me here! Thanks for presenting food and culture from various nations and communities in such a respectful, thoughtful and sensitive manner. You are doing a great job opening our eyes to the world around us. You have no idea what that means in terms of enhancing international understanding. I hope that you are recognized one day for promoting world peace and international understanding through food and travel. May God continue to bless you, Ying, Micah, your parents and family and your entire team - including your faithful travel companion Joe! Blessings and peace! 🙏🏽😊💜💖💜

I did enjoy Anthony Bourdain, but I actually prefer Mark Wiens as he is less snarky and doesn't insult other chefs. There was never a need to be unkind like that.
