Constantine's Mother decided on the Holy places when she went on a tour of The Holy Land after her conversion. I don't know how accurate her decisions were, but places become special in different ways. Perhaps if these were not the actual places, nevertheless, they have become sacred after experiencing so many centuries of veneration. Lovely to watch your video. I enjoyed it hugely. I cannot wait to get there.

The bread you had with suman, onion, olive pile and chicken is a famous Palestinian meal. Unfortunately, I forgot the name at the moment. However, they dip the pita bread in the olive oil, then add the onion and somak and pre pooled chicken and bake it. It is like a Palestinian pizza.
