The technique coaching on these videos is absurdly good

You are the man who got a kettlebell in my hands. You are the best! Thank you. Really, thanks. Your goal to help the unconditioned is so worthy. When you start certifying trainers for that role, sign me up. I’ll start saving Virginians.

Never thought I'd ever buy a kettlebell ... this gives a reason now.

Clean, press, step back lunge may be the perfect kettlebell complex.

Clean, Jerk, Step back lunge with the bell held overhead has become a long term favourite of mine.

@@a.lame.username. I like adding the jerk! But I like doing heavy jerks - holding it overhead doing a stepback lunge may be a challenge.

Does anyone else feel bad for using coach Wildman like this? We should all be grateful he freely gives away what he’s earned over a life time. Try to support by buying his programs and we’re trying to get to the closest seminar…..but it seems like his feet never touch the ground unless he’s training. Stay blessed brother

Bought almost all of the MXW programs. Definitely worth it. What I do with this whole KB Manuals series is to put a program together, similar to the 2HC Full program. I'd also recommend to press the $Thanks button from time to time - in case there is one... The only downside of the Kajabi app is that it leaves a cache of approx. 1.5 GB (no typo) on my A3 tablet after one warm up, work out, and cool down, even adding up over time. This way I run out of memory easily and quite fast. Hotline suggested to purge the cache manually after each workout. No further measures taken.

Like! This video is great timing . A cluster of all the cues, benefits and integrations. Really useful for a current challenge ongoing in the discord. The jam packed, well put together and explained info is appreciated

The final companion to these that's fun is the static lung and press. That one in level 5 of the TGU mastery, round 4, after working through everything else that day, makes me think up new curses.

I have a bunion and that foot is also turned outwards so that makes lunges really challenging but have been trying to add lunges into my workouts.

What's with putting the arm out? You should also get some balance work with this exciries.

Is anyone else worried the camera person might fall off the roof?

😂 Hopefully he puts the camera down with good technique before he plummets over the edge.
