There is something so unfathomably forthright about this channel and its content.

Thank you so much for this series! Can I make two requests... 1. Could you finish or continue the windmill in the next video of this series? 2. Could you also share some sort of progression schedule for this series? So, what we should be able to do before continuing to the next exercise or weight. For instance, when we're working on the deadlift, when do we know we're ready for the swing? And from there on to the around the world and the single direction halo, etc. Having some sort of a progression schedule or guidelines for moving on to the next exercise or heavier weight would be a valuable addition to an already amazingly valuable series. Thank you in advance!

Coming back from a serious fall. Broken back shattered talas and shoulder dislocation. Your instruction is clear and strategic and I’m back doing TGU with 20 kgs.

Mark, you are the best kept secret amongst fitness channels on KZbin. And that is despite already having 300,000+ subscribers. I will never ever for the life of me understand when other kettlebell “experts” put down the Turkish Getup as if you don’t have to be strong AF to do a getup on each side with a 48 kg kettlebell. And it’s not like a large portion of the human population has accomplished that goal either. It’s something everyone should be aspiring towards assuming they watch your channel to get their form locked down and locked in.

This has been a great recap series - thanks. Could you follow up with a Q&A video of common problems? For me, I have all the parts down and can do a good TGU (actually starting with a Clean and Press then going down to the floor, then back up and swinging the bell to swap hands). However, as I go up in weight at the stage just after I have pushed the weight up from the floor and am turning my body inwards towards my 45 degree arm, my legs often come off the floor and I struggle to get up on my elbow and hand. I have short legs / long torso and have often found sit-ups hard without my feet anchored under something so wonder if that's just part of being me. Would love to have this answered in a follow-up video or comment. It's fine with lower weights but hard as I try to progress to higher ones (16kg+)
