TNA in 2003 is an unbearable wrestling show! Ep 73 & 74

NWA TNA was a bad time for the company. The buzz and excitement from the early days has faded at this point and they’re left with a very weak roster. Other than Jarrett, Aj styles, D’lo Brown and Raven there aren’t really any good full time wrestlers. The show is bad because security teams fight constantly and there are power struggle storylines every week that nobody cares about. This is episode 73 and 74 of NwA TNA! Wat chi if you dare!

Dude openly admitted in interviews that he thought traditional wrestling was boring and if he couldn’t fill it with weapons spots or keep the matches shorter than 5 minutes he would throw in interference anytime he could too keep it “entertaining” because god forbid you have wrestling on a wrestling show 🤣

What a window into a strange past. AJ Styles looking like the building manager/merch table guy, future biggest attraction in pro wrestling CM Punk looking like "generic indie dork no. 367", Disco has a job, Eric Watts... exists, Christopher Daniels being exactly as completely uninteresting as he is today... I missed all of the weekly-PPV era of TNA at the time. I wasn't even aware it existed at all.
