Trademark protects a company's brand, like it's name and logo, for example people can't start another Walt Disney Company, because it is trademarked. So Disney as a brand itself is trademarked, but Disney creations, like movies and music are copyrighted. To tie this into the video, since Marlena's or Makeup Geek's content wasn't used in the video in question, there are no real grounds for a copyright strike or claim. Talking about a company doesn't break copyright laws. Even if there was slander, you would first have to contact the person who made the video and if they don't respond, there is a possibility to make a defamation complaint.

Here is something I never see anyone address. Gabby hanna's storytime about a classmate dying. The video is still on her channel last time I checked. That was basically gabby using someone's tragedy for views. The classmate overdosed and gabby decided that would be a good story to share. Love your eye look! And everyday I say I will have a “natural look” but after buying so many colorful palettes I just pick out colors. And using nars creamy concealer (the ones in the jar) on my eye lids helps prevent the staining for me. I heard from another KZbin video (think it was an IO video) that some of the sponsors pay Influncers not to disclose that its an ad and hope it wont be caught and if it is the extra money is suppose to cover the fine. I can believe this, how greedy companies are and how many of them don't care about the law anyways makes it believable.

I’ll start by saying I love your videos and watch each one. I feel like you might be “catching people up” for too much of the videos. Sometimes, I’ll be watching, and then feel like I may have seen the video already. Then I’ll check, and realize that it’s only because you’re catching people up on so many of the topics that you’ve already talked about. I really don't understand who these youtubers think they are! I just started my channel where I make commentaries about tv shows and movies and of course I got copyright claimed cause big productions have programs that scan for their material, but i disputed it and obvs as soon as a real person looked it over i won since it was fair use. The title says bullying Riverdale, so like they know that i'm not being kind, but it would be illegal for them to keep the copyright claim. so these youtubers need to take a seat and learn the actual law, cause everyone else follows it so why can't they?

About Tana and Jake - omfg I've been in that relationship. I spent almost five years in that relationship. It was a constant push and pull and the only reason it lasted was because the constant emotional rollercoaster kept the passion alive in a fucked up way. Don't do it, kids!!
