omg I have literally signed up for my first 5k in March and could not believe that you are running in one too. I am so scared because I literally just started running...ever!

Don’t be scared!! You’ve got this 💪 I bet you can go out and run a 5k within the next week!! So my first 5k story: I had never run for exercise ever. Always hated it. One day I told my boyfriend (he’s a runner) that I was doing Couch to 5k and that I’d be able to run a 5k in 2 months. Next day, he was like “join me for a short 1 mile run to kickstart that” and I agreed. As we were running, he encouraged me to continue past the 1 mile, then the 2 mile, and by the end of the run, I had done a 5k on my first run ever! It was definitely at a modest pace but a starting point! I guess I’m just saying you can go out there and do one way sooner than you think and it’s definitely not as hard as we make it out in our head - because I was in the same shoes, very scared of it! Now I run a 5k pretty regularly! Go go go 💪💪 you’ve got this!

Definitely personal preference! Maybe a lot use it bc it’s default given to you by most company and if you upgrade, you’d have to buy your own?? Hahah idk I personally loooove the apple keyboard. It’s the most comfortable one I’ve used. I’ve tried 2 high profile mechanical keyboards that I have not liked, but there’s a ton out there that I haven’t explored

Set the treadmill to a 1 percent incline for similar running to outside.

Good tip! I’ve tried that, and it is helpful! I find that it’s also partly wind resistance, and partly the push forward. The treadmill assists by feeding the belt but outside, it’s all you. I’m a beginner to this running thing though so I just need to keep at it

Love this! I have a question, with the Zyro build from scratch option you chose, does that mean you coded your own website? I've meaning to make my own website too but I'm not sure if I want to code it (I have background in comp. engineering) or use a website builder instead. They have the option for you to code but I used their drag and drop editor - no coding involved! Frontend isn’t my forte so this was a speedy and accessible way to get my site up! No harm in building it yourself though if you’ve got the time, I mainly prioritized how fast using Zyro was so went for that route :)
