Came back to this one today. Love the cardio with weights. Used a 15 lb and 12 lb KB this time. Love it. Thank you.

Great, sweaty workout. Don't have a ball, so I used kettle bells. I did the whole thing twice, first with a 10 lb kb, then 12 lb kb the second time. Fun!! Thank you.

Well there are five moves repeated three times in the same order. I'll simply number them. And the title of each move is indicated as it plays.
