Great, sweaty workout. Don't have a ball, so I used kettle bells. I did the whole thing twice, first with a 10 lb kb, then 12 lb kb the second time. Fun!! Thank you.

Well there are five moves repeated three times in the same order. I'll simply number them. And the title of each move is indicated as it plays.
