I love your workouts, challenging but fun. Can't get enough of you. I like you more then Jillian Michaels. I am getting stronger and lean because of you! Cant wait to workout. Thank you! Just can't say it enough. I hate rest days just because you make the workouts so fun.

This was fantastic. My arms are burning, haha. Do you have any advice on the Mountain Climb? Every time I go down to do that with the ball, I felt like it was going to roll away.

Do it without the MedBall until you're finding it way too easy. That will mean you have the core strength to keep it under you.

Only needed 2 rounds. Had to dump the MB on the fast/slow jump ups because I kept looking down at step. Very enjoyable!

That ball I'm using is 6 lbs but I have 8lbs and 10lbs as well. Depends what I'm doing.
