Thanks for sharing your beginner techniques. I'm 45 and my 10 year old boy needs a better hobby than video games. I just cut us each a PVC staff. I will use what I learned from your videos to help with his coordination, strength and self esteem. Mind over matter, matters!

I love hiking. I practice martial out too. I get serious issues with dogs and their dumb owners, I am seriously thinking a staff is a good idea.
