CORRECTION: Discord is NOT a dragon, he's a mix of many creatures called a "draconequus". And he first debuted in the show "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic". Draconequus are a chimera species like griffins, being a fusion of many more creatures. Discord himself has a lion's paw, a griffin's talon, a lizard tail, a reptile's leg, and a goat's leg. He also has two yellow eyes with red pupils and two mismatched horns on his head.

Fun fact: In some DC cannons John has an aversion to fire because of trauma seeing Mars and his people burn hence the weakness In OTHERS all Martians have a Psychic block that makes them think they are weak to fire but like with the trauma variation this can be overcome and makes them nearly gods. So fire is only a theoretical weakness

There's this really good Silver Surfer story that came out a few years ago called Silver Surfer Black. It came out after Stan Lee's passing and the writer, Donny Cates, was very moved while writing it since Stan often cited Surfer as one of his favorite characters. The story is a beautiful culmination of the Surfer's character based on what he was versus what he is now and what he fights for. Highly recommend

Honestly for me the fight itself was just okay to me, well written for sure, but the fight was ok, to me after the analysis it was pretty obvious who was going to win. Did like the reference to the game over screen for the Silver Surfer NES game. The 3rd best DC vs Marvel fight this season so far Also can't really compare MLP to Gravity Falls as they are pretty different shows for a different audience, also I do not know much about Discord but from what I have seen what others have said I do think he might win, there are a lot more to pull from for Discord, the show and the IDW comics compared to Bill

Silver Surfer is like of Maganeto, the Flash, Gravitron and Molecule Man were one person. He can beat down the Abomination with his bare hands in one page. He can affect evolution on a planetary scale. when he uses his speed to travel through time, _it works_ without causing a ton of BS side effects like Barry does. He can blow up and restore apartment buildings so fast the people inside don't know what happened. He's older than the universe, because he went back in time _so far_ that he met Galactus before he was Galactus, then returned to the present by _waiting_ for his younger self to go on the same journey, meaning he _successfully hid himself_ for every cosmic being in Marvel for billions of years, including his younger self. He controls electromagnetism, strong nuclear force, weak nuclear force, and gravitation, the four forces that make up reality.
