I’d swap out barbell row with dumbbell Kroc rows, hip thrust with back extension, and farmer carries with hanging leg raise. Nothing blew up my upper back and my grip strength more than Kroc rows. Back extensions maybe use less glutes than hip thrusts but still work them a good amount but works low back and hamstrings as well. And hanging leg raises works your core stability if done correctly (no swinging), your lower abs and your grip all at the same time. Other than that good list.

Another thing that I would also argue to is that adding those super range of motion exercises does have an added benefit on helping with strengthening of ligaments and tendons around certain joints as well as adding a level of flexibility that way when you go and do heavy compound movements it's a lot more comfortable and it just feels overall better but that's off personal preference and from studies that I have looked at

I feel like your workout is missing some stuff. For you first day I would include 1 or 2 bicep isolation exercises, like curls and hammer curls, and a forearm exercise such as farmer walks. But you're still hitting the biceps and forearms, but not quite specifically. Your second day is missing a rear delt exercise. Unless if you already hit them in your back day by doing different variations of rows, you should include something like a face pull or some other wide pulling exercise, where your arm is in line with your upper back in order to hit the rear delts. And I recommend doing a overhead press too for a solid compound shoulder exercise. And I think your third day is fine in my opinion (respect to you for doing walking lunges I hate that shit). I give your current workout a 7.5/10

A) Cambered Bar Bench isn't a "super range of motion" it just takes the slightly larger ROM you'd get from Dumbbells and adds the stability of a Barbell. B) If the squats, barbell rows, pull-ups and stiff legged deadlifts offer such little core demand that you need to add carries, then there's no reason to favour these variations over machines because of that core demand. Conversely, if these exercises do have such a great core benefit that can't be replicated using machines, then you shouldn't need to add carries.

Anti rotational movements are also for athletes.

So overall the exercise you guys recommend are surely good fit in amy routine to just become more tough and enduring overtime (for the record am 174 cm at 156 pounds as a 17 year old)

Also I say this a lot whether it's on your videos or other videos but trying to isolate a muscle to strengthen it in that way and then go to a compound movement does help if you're only using an isolated movement just for the reason of thinking you're going to get stronger overall I think it's a very skewed way of looking at it but in this particular case doing shoulder presses seated to isolate more of the shoulders in a strict position and having that aid you in your overhead barbell shoulder press so I do agree with you on that

I love how a simple look at the Kubo et al study showed that “The results suggest that full squat training is more effective for developing the lower limb muscles”

You have to read the results, there was no significant difference in quad growth but they said that due to adductor and glute growth. This is why I always say you have to READ the study. That’s why I clearly still recommended full depth squats in the video. Do better bro 🤦‍♂️
