This was the best video that I found on how to do this job. I just did it on my Chrysler 300 today and I can't imagine how you could get the starter out any other way. This method was so straight-forward. It took some time and elbow grease and banged up knuckles but those steering rack bolts are so easy to get leverage on. Unlike the nut for the positive terminal... I couldn't turn a wrench or socket up in there at all while the starter was mounted. Had to pull it off the housing, twist it around and brace it with my breaker bar. Once I broke the corrosion/tension, I was able to zip it off the rest of the way with my drill. I'm definitely going to be adding a (heavy duty) quick-disconnect to that wire when I do the reinstall so I never have to deal with that again.
