Marty you are so much more than just a great teacher, you shine man, and you help me stop wasting time and learn songs directly, in a very understandable, entertaining fashion. Even my wife likes my practice noise now, and I drink less. You rock brother!

Petty started running down his dream of being a rocker in 1961 when he met Elvis Presley. Petty, 11 years old, came to the Ocala, Florida set where Elvis was working on the film - a title Tom took to heart. In a brief encounter, Petty saw how Elvis captivated onlookers and made the girls go crazy. Petty became fascinated with Elvis and set out to follow his path.

Hey Marty. Love the lessons mate. You have taught me soo many songs. I'm a pretty basic guitarist and I'm having trouble with some chords for Dinosaurs by Ruby Sparks. Not sure how popular the song is around the glob but it's pretty big here is Australia atm and I'd love to see a lesson on it. Cannot find one on KZbin at all
