Fuck the Sam replacement. I also think that this actor will get killed. But I really hope Sam won’t be new Black Noir. It will completely ruin Black Noir’s legacy and story. Before he died he was supposed to have a rematch with Soldier Boy, the man who traumatised him so much. And that could be a good ending for him. But got killed right before that. Seems weird, right? Like this whole plot line just got thrown into trash. But if new Black Noir will be the clone of the original, it would be perfect. It is possible for Vought, because of how the can grow supes artistically with just a DNA, like they did with Homelander. But in this case new Noir won’t have memories of the original. Which is also fine, he can learn about his old life. And in this case he should be physically improved, like Soldier Boy level, to be able to fight both Soldier Boy and Homelander. And that would be a perfect option for Black Noir’s replacement. Sam option just makes everything before pointless

You can clearly hear that Black Noir is voiced by a black man (Nathan Mitchell) Plus Nathan Mitchell is still playing his role as Black Noir in season 4. So I absolutely have no idea how anyone could think it might be Sam or a clone of Homelander in the show. If it's a clone, it's 100% a clone of the former Black Noir.

I think a cool twist would be if OG Noir had the ability to clone himself like that one guy friendzoned by Firecracker. However unlike him when Prime Noir died it didn't kill the copies but they felt his death and killed Noir2 assumed his identity at some point and at the end of the season Homelander found himself facing down against and army of Noirs.

What if they are doing the Homelander Clone. Think about it. He'd be younger, more inexperienced. But with Homelanders ego he would want to do more than just stand in the shadows. He'd want to show off knowing maybe he's a clone of HOmelander and made for more than just being a fill in. What if this is how they're going to take Homelander out? Thoughts to ponder.

He doest sound like Sam, talk like Sam, behave like Sam, have the same motivations as Sam, and from the best comparison analysis I could do he is considerably taller than Sam. Those are just my opinions though. Sam was definitely my guess before Noirs first appearance. I immediately changed my mind. I definitely don't think it is Sam but admittedly I have no idea who it is.

I’m honestly extremely disappointed in the direction they took black noir. And I feel like I’m the only one. They took my favorite comic book psychopath and turned him into a joke. At first I was ok with him not being a straight up clone of homelander. I was like ok ok maybe he’s not a clone but he could still stand toe to toe with homelander if need be, after all that damage we seen him tank throughout the other seasons. I thought this black noir would at least be like a fail save against homelander. In season 2 we seen noir answer directly to Stan Edgar so again I figured he was the homelander that they could “control”. I’m just extremely salty to see that character be turned into a joke and just nonsense comedy relief. We spent 3 seasons building up his mystery and wondering what his powers where and ultimately it led to nothing. SPOILERS: I was really looking forward to seeing that scene with butcher, homelander and noir in the whitehouse but I don’t see that happening anymore.
