Whilst i love the ideas and they are good theory - in practice the politics of power dominates most organisations. Control of resources and decision making, whilst the wrong thing to do for a productive innovative organisation, almost always wins in the long run as the psychopaths and their yes men (and women) gain control of the resources & political power whilst others 'play nicely'. If you wonder why your government services suck so bad, despite their aspirations of making your society better, that's why.
