Thanks for your honest review. I was considering buying it but the high amount of B vitamin is concerning, I’ve heard that high amounts causes acne.

Glad you enjoyed it! For most people it’s fine for their skin, but it can in some cases. Definitely not necessary if you are concreted with the doses 😊 gotta find what’s best for you (or just opting for a nutritious diet!)

It really depends on the person and their needs, but you could if you’re concerned that the serving size gives too high of doses!

If the doses are taken as instructed, but there’s always risk. I would consult their doctor as they know your toddlers’ specific needs. I would also emphasize food over supplement first for kids.

The high count of biotin and b12 is a bit concerning! Is it harmful to have 30ml of it daily ?

They are water soluble vitamins so for most people, any excess will be peed out. But, I still wouldn’t try to overdo it!

I’ll look into it! However, I’m not an expert in children’s nutrition so I do my reviews based on adults. I wouldn’t feel comfortable giving a review for a child with ASD because it’s out of my scope. Hope that makes sense 🙏🏼

I just ordered this today. I am studying nutrition and I noticed the extremely high B vitamin count as well. This won’t be harmful to me in anyway right? I was thinking about just doing a half dose and only taking it a few days a week.

B vitamins are water soluble so staying hydrated should help you flush the excess in most cases. From what I understand tho, it would be a different story if they did this with a fat soluble vitamin like A E D or K 🫢
