Little personal tips for anyone who needs it, from someone who has been healing their gut and PCOS for 7 years: - Eat within 45 minutes of waking up and not just a drink, eat something with Protein, Carbs and little bit of fat. Your body is hungry from all those hours of not eating - nourish it, don't skimp on it! If you're too busy to make a real meal, make yourself a pre-breakfast of a warm chocolate drink made with raw milk (or organic milk if you can handle it), collagen protein and salt to replenish some electrolytes lost throughout the night. - Magnesium! - Focus on Minerals! A stressed body goes through magnesium, and sodium faster than we think! - Cut down on seeds and grains UNTIL your gut can handle them. Seeds and grains can be very difficult to digest for someone with gut issues - Nourish yourself. Always eat something with a substantial amount of protein. Protein helps avoid blood sugar spikes as well. - Bone Broth. Raw milk (introduce this little by little if you get bloated from "dairy"). - Don't be afraid of food! Our mind is a powerful thing and if we have any "aversion" to food, our body will listen to it even if we're not actually "allergic" or "can't digest them". - Avoid seed oils if you can. Cook with butter, coconut oil or avocado oil - Live your life! Your life is your medicine and if you're afraid of food or living, it will affect your body. Go outside, get some sunshine, move your body - your body AND mental health will thank you!

Great advice about seed oils, I find that vegetable oils in general make my genetic condition worse, and cooking with animal fats like lard, butter, tallow, goose and duck fat, and ghee has been shown to improve hormonal, metabolic and vascular functions, despite what we've been led to believe. At the end, that's how our ancestors cooked for centuries.

@@milaa2561 true! We actually use the rendered fat from our bone broth to cook. Saves money and tastes better. 😂

@@saumyasharma7436 thanks. Had a lot of trial and error. Believed a lot of influencers who just parroted other influencers, who instead actually ruined my gut instead of healing it 🤣 the ACV/lemon water trend is the worst on this, our gut is acidic for a reason - to digest and break down food. 🤦

Such a blessing to hear your journey this morning (when I’m watching this for the first time), on your gut health and it’s healing…I too would like to make that a focus. So this was a wonderful inspiration ❤️ thank you.

Do you usually sauté your veggies in coconut oil? Or avocado oil?
