Ok, let`s do it! 64kg, waist 68cm Day 1 I can actually feel my abs, they burn so much. It was hard, smtms I did the reps slower, but I made it to the end eventually, and I`m proud of myself for doing it. Day 2 Almost overslept, but still decided to commit and did it. I could slightly feel my abs even before starting (guess due to my loong break in any type of exercise). My neck is dying www It was hard, but I finished it.

Day 1: 🔥 I really felt the burn and it was pretty intense on my lower core! I’ll update whenever I do this workout again! Good luck to everyone else who is doing this challenge!

I’m gonna do this yall! I’m already doing 4 other work outs during the day while on a calorie deficit! And yes I was an absolute binge eater! I’ll give yall updates! It’s been like 3 days of consistent working out and I see small progress!

Okay guys!! Im an early teen and im 110Lbs and 5'6 and want to get the dream summer body. Im doing 2 other of Lilys workouts and they are great! You really feel the burn, Ive decided to do all three of Lilys now (including this one) remember to notify me so i remember!! :)) day 1 did it!! what a burn 😮‍💨 day 2 Finished! felt a little stronger than yesterday and guilty about how much i ate today 😔 so i worked extra hard day 3 This really burned my abs a lot, still no results 😔 day 4

I'm 11 and I'm doing this for 30 days to get the dream body, let's goooo! 😜 Day 1: ✅ It was so hard and my abs were on FIRE! 🔥😢 Day 2: ✅ It was still so hard but a bit easier than the first day, my abs are now in PAIN! 😫😓 Day 3: ✅ Still burning but I saw some slight changes 😁 I did it twice today to challenge my lazy self

Happy new yearrr!!! i’ve always watched these workouts and I’ve attempted to do them, but I’ve always stopped. But It’s time to really be consistent with myself so I’m gonna do this workout everyday and update my progress here. Starting weight 179 lbs Waist 34” Day 1: ✅ definitely felt the burn Day 2: ✅ was a little harder than day 1 cause my stomach was still sore Day 3:✅ my stomach isn’t sore anymore so it was easier to do the workout, it’s still hard for me to keep my head up cause it hurts my neck but I’m trying, overall I feel better tdy

@@DenooXz_tw why wouldn't it be? It will help with the flow, less cramping, bloating, low mood, and lighter periods too. It's actually quite helpful. I hope that helped. Have a good new year ✌🏻☺️ Studies have found that women who exercise regularly are less likely to suffer menstrual pain, cramps and mood disturbance.
